Crok pot BBQ Pulled Pork
Hey everyone! I am linking up with Kelly and Crokpotalooza 2 today. I am obsessed with my crock pot lately. I love that I can just throw something in there and not have to worry about it. I also love using the crock pot this time of year for soup! We love taco soup! I didn't do the taco soup because there are already several variations up. I will do another family favorite. long easy list
2lbs pork butt roast(I do larger so we have leftovers)
1 12 oz can of Rootbeer for every 2 lbs of meat
1 18 oz favorite bbq sauce for every 2 lbs of meat
Place pork in crock pot and pour in rootbeer. Cook on low for 8 hours. Meat will fall apart as you take it out of the crock pot! Discard rootbeer and put pork back in crock pot. Pull meat apart with forks and mix in BBQ sauce.
